VTSh-300 screw conveyor
Built in-house. Made to suit the site.
About the VTSh-300 conveyor
A screw (helical) conveyor for moving manure: it collects the mass from the manure channels of a building and feeds it into a receiving pit or a sunken tank. The working element is a tube shaft with a continuous welded flight and a lead-in blade at the end; the structure is welded from steel and built at our own plant. Flight diameter is 300 mm; line length, discharge point and drive are calculated for the particular building. It runs in an open manure channel — including under the slatted floor of a working barn.
Where it sits in the technology chain
Every manure removal scheme starts with mechanical removal of the mass from the building every day — and that is the stage the conveyor covers. From there the mass follows the chain: receiving pit → VTN pump → storage, fields or separation into fractions. Both parts of that chain are built by NPO-Organika, so one team handles the selection, the installation and the service.

From the channel to the pit — without hand clearing
As long as there is no conveyor in the manure channel, the mass is cleared out of the building by hand — every day. The VTSh-300 screw conveyor, built in-house, takes it out of the channel and feeds it into the receiving pit, where a VTN pump picks it up. Channel → conveyor → pit → pumping → storage: the whole chain from one plant — one phone number both to order and to service it.

Built to suit your farm
Where the conveyors have already worked
At the Mazolovogaz farm, screw conveyors worked as part of an upgrade package together with a VTN-1 pump — according to the magazine (No. 2/2022), the upgrade raised milk yields and liveweight gain by 12%. That is the effect of the whole package, not of a single item of equipment.
Designed in-house
The geometry and working principle of the conveyor were developed by the company's director — as reported by the industry magazine Nashe Selskoye Khozyaystvo: Veterinariya i Zhivotnovodstvo (No. 2/2022).

VTSh-300 screw conveyor — frequently asked questions
Where is the conveyor installed?
In an open manure channel of the building, including under a slatted floor; the screw is laid along the bottom of the channel to collect the mass and feed it into a receiving pit or a sunken tank. We will work out the layout for your barn (line length, discharge point) when you order.
What length and what throughput?
The conveyor is built to suit the site: line length and drive are calculated for your channel and your volume. Send us the building plan and the herd size — we will name the parameters and the price.
Does the screw work together with VTN pumps?
Yes, that is the standard scheme: the screw collects the mass from the channels into the pit, and a VTN pump moves it on to storage or to separation. Both items are built by NPO-Organika, with installation and service by one team.
Price on request: the configuration is assembled for your site. Leave a request and an engineer will select the right version and quote the price.

Industrial pump VTN-1
The base model of the series: pumps manure from collectors and pits to storage and vehicles. Takes the mass at natural moisture from 75% — without the dilution water the farm would then have to store and haul. Capacity up to 300 t/h on liquid manure.

Industrial pump VTN-1MT
The autonomous model: driven by a tractor PTO, it pumps where there is no mains power — no foundation, no electrical work. The boom lowers the pump straight into the mass: intake from 2.5–5.5 m, up to 6 m with the extended boom. One unit serves every point of the farm.

Industrial pump VTN-1DU
The flagship of the series for large complexes: capacity up to 650 t/h on liquid manure, submersion from 0.5 to 10 m. One unit covers volumes that would normally take two pumps — less installation, wiring and fewer points of failure.
