MANURE DEWATERING INSTALLATION (CENTRIFUGE URNS-1M)
Own development, production and installation.
Working principle of centrifuge URNS-1M
3D model: the renders show how the unit is built inside — intake, screen, screw, discharge. The wheeled trolley in the frames is a design option; the stationary machine is supplied on a frame (dimensions and weight are in the table below).
Centrifuge URNS-1M is designed for manure dewatering in livestock complexes with separation into solid and liquid fractions. The design of the installation ensures high separation efficiency and reliability even under high loads.
Centrifuge URNS-1M consists of a frame, a carriage with a rotor, a front wall, transition and loading chambers, a press chamber, a feeder, a knife for removing the solid fraction, and an electric motor. Liquid manure is fed under pressure through the feeder in a thin layer onto the inner filtering surface (mesh) of the rotating horizontal rotor. Under the action of centrifugal forces, the liquid fraction passes through the manure layer and mesh into the casing and then by gravity is discharged into the outlet pipe. The solid fraction, moving with the mesh, is gradually removed by the knife and fed into the loading chamber, from where it is moved by the screw into the press chamber, as it fills, the resistance to mass movement increases. For additional pressing of the solid fraction, the press chamber is equipped with a filtering partition.
The distinctive feature of this installation is that it provides a high degree of manure separation into fractions, which significantly simplifies further processing and use of separation products. The solid fraction can be used for composting and production of organic fertilizers, while the liquid fraction can be used for field irrigation.
The unit works in a chain with the pumps of the series: the mass is fed to the centrifuge under pressure by a VTN pump, the liquid fraction goes into a modular liquid manure store or onto the fields, and it is pumped out by a VTN pump as well. The full loop of pumping → separation → storage is assembled from one manufacturer's equipment — with one service and one point of responsibility.
Haul the fraction, not the whole mass
As long as the manure mass is stored and hauled whole, the farm pays for every cubic metre of it — in trips, in fuel, in storage volume. The URNS-1M splits the mass into two fractions: the solid one goes to composting and organic fertiliser production, the liquid one to irrigation or to a liquid manure store. There is less to haul and less to store, and both fractions work for the farm.

URNS-1M — frequently asked questions
What comes out at the end?
Two products: a solid fraction at 30–85% moisture — for composting, organic fertilisers and bedding; and a liquid fraction at up to 99% moisture — for field irrigation or a liquid manure store.
What feeds the mass into the unit?
It arrives under pressure from a feed pump — that role is taken by a VTN pump; the composition of the set is selected when you order, to match your manure removal scheme.
How do I buy a URNS-1M?
Price on request: the scope of supply is selected by an engineer for your site and your manure removal scheme. A 12-month warranty, installation and service by the manufacturer; delivery across Belarus and Russia.
Price on request: the configuration is assembled for your site. Leave a request and an engineer will select the right version and quote the price.

Industrial pump VTN-1
The base model of the series: pumps manure from collectors and pits to storage and vehicles. Takes the mass at natural moisture from 75% — without the dilution water the farm would then have to store and haul. Capacity up to 300 t/h on liquid manure.

Industrial pump VTN-1MT
The autonomous model: driven by a tractor PTO, it pumps where there is no mains power — no foundation, no electrical work. The boom lowers the pump straight into the mass: intake from 2.5–5.5 m, up to 6 m with the extended boom. One unit serves every point of the farm.
