About the VTN-1M pump
VTN-1M is the pump-mixer of the VTN series: it pumps viscous and contaminated media while actively mixing them in the intake area, so a homogeneous, non-stratified mass enters the line. It is the most compact model of the range and fits where the base pump cannot: versions from 5 kW, an opening from 300×300 mm, weight up to 260 kg. Like the whole series, it handles raw manure from 75% moisture without water dilution.
Key features:
- Two functions in one unit: pumping (200 t/h on liquid manure) plus active mixing within a radius of up to 5 m — no separate mixer to buy and install
- Homogenization breaks up crust and sediment and evens out the consistency: a uniform mass does not settle in pipes, is processed faster and spreads evenly as fertilizer
- The most compact in the range: versions from 5 kW, an installation opening from 300×300 mm, a 1.5 m column, up to 260 kg
- The cutting mechanism at the inlet shears fibres and stalks — no filters or separate shredder needed

Applications:
- Agriculture: preparing liquid fertilizers with even distribution of components, breaking up crust in receiving tanks and lagoons, pumping manure from 75% moisture.
- Waste handling and treatment plants: homogenizing liquid and semi-liquid waste before further processing, preparing effluents without inlet filters.
- Industrial processing: uniform mixtures and suspensions from dissimilar components, process effluents with sediment.
VTN-1M is the choice when mixing is a task of its own, or when the installation opening is tight. For plain stationary pumping without the mixer function, the base VTN-1 fits; for grid-free sites — the tractor-driven VTN-1MT; and the biggest volumes in the range belong to the VTN-1DU flagship.
A mixer and a pump in one machine
Normally homogenization and pumping mean two pieces of equipment: an agitator and a pump, two installations, two openings, two service points. The VTN-1M does both jobs as one unit: it mixes the mass within a radius of up to 5 m and feeds it into the line homogeneous — 200 t/h on liquid manure. And the compact versions — from 5 kW — pass through an opening from 300×300 mm: where the base pump physically will not fit.
The first item is equipment you will not have to buy: a separate agitator and its installation. The second is water: like the whole series, the VTN-1M moves manure from 75% moisture without dilution. The video presents the operation of the VTN-1M submersible centrifugal pump manufactured by NPO-Organika — specialized equipment for pumping and intensive mixing of various liquid and viscous media.
Installation and site preparation
- Installation is done by the manufacturer. Supply, installation and commissioning under a single contract: we deliver, install, start the equipment up and hand over a working station under an acceptance certificate. Replacing old equipment is possible — dismantling it is our job.
- What the customer prepares before the installers arrive: a concreted pad by the manure collector and a cleaned receiving tank. We send the requirements once the order is placed — for your own scheme.
- Power connection. The pump is connected to a 380–400 V supply through a control panel; the panel, the cable and the protective switchgear are part of the scope of supply agreed for the order.
- Servicing without a crane. To lift the pump for servicing, the station comes with a portal or a jib crane with a hoist — the pump is raised by your own people, no mobile crane required.
- The first start-up is carried out by our specialists during commissioning; the customer receives the operating manual and the servicing schedule.

Why a pump-mixer, if the VTN-1 mixes as well?
On the base VTN-1, mixing is a by-product of intake; VTN-1M is built for homogenization as a task of its own: it breaks up crust and sediment and evens out the consistency. It is also more compact: an installation opening from 300×300 mm against 600×600 for the VTN-1.
What media does the VTN-1M handle?
Manure from 75% moisture, liquid and semi-liquid waste ahead of treatment plants, emulsions and suspensions — wherever the output must be a uniform, non-stratified mix.
How far does the VTN-1M pump?
Up to 2 km through the pressure line; the actual distance depends on flow rate, pipeline diameter, lift and moisture of the mass. Head is up to 23 m, capacity is 200 t/h on liquid manure.
Why is there no price on the site, and how do I buy a VTN-1M?
There are many versions: 5–18.5 kW of power, a 100–240 mm impeller, a build to suit the tank — and the price follows the configuration. Main versions and components are in stock; for your tank we will select the power and the column and cable lengths. We work on prepayment; price on request via the form or by phone, with the configuration chosen by the manufacturer's engineer. Warranty and service are factory-backed: 12 months, repairs by the manufacturer.
